Confirm the presence of the harlequin toad A. mittermeieri in the SFF de Guanentá-Alto Río Fonce, upper watershed of the Río Negro, water stream Agua Clara, municipality of Encino, department of Santander, Colombia. 2. Establish if there are more populations at different locations in the SFF Guanentá Alto Río Fonce. 3. Characterize the population status of the harlequin toad in the SFF de Guanentá-Alto Río Fonce, municipality of Encino, department of Santander, Colombia. 4. Design a protocol for long-term monitoring for the harlequin toad A. mittermeieri at the SFF Guanentá Alto Río Fonce which will allow to take actions about its conservation, knowing the population status and possible threads that have an impact on the species inside the protected area, looking to prioritize actions for protecting the species and its habitat. 5. Qualify park employers and surrounding community of the protected area of the park on how to help its conservation and encourage research focused on the protection and conservation of endangered species.
